New for November 22, 2019, is the CCM RibCor Trigger 4 Pro Hockey Stick. CCM uses the RibCor low-kick point design in the Trigger 4 Pro, using their one of a kind Ribcor Asymmetric taper. The construction of this taper has a concave front wall to promote more flexural speed, and a rounded concave back wall to provide maximum torsional stiffness for greater accuracy and control. Additionally, with the soft taper area and optimal vertical flex, this low-kick design maximizes ease of loading for CCM’s quickest shot release yet. To benfit this innovative kick point, CCM uses key shaft features in the Trigger 4 Pro, like X-Flow technology, an advanced molding process that eliminates excess resin and voids for improved shaft quality and durability. With this technology, CCM has produced a lightweight, durable, and extremely consistent hockey stick in all aspects of play.
Another feature which is an upgrade from the previous generation’s of RibCor is the shaft design, the all new ergonomic shaft geometry. CCM uses a different design in each section throughout the shaft - the top-shaft has a rounded concave profile for increased comfort, feel, and control; the mid-shaft has a rounded convex back side which is combined with a square-cornered concave front for improved dexterity; and the low-shaft has a concave front and rounded concave back, combining to offer a lightning quick release and maximum accuracy.
CCM’s all new Agility Blade is found on the Trigger 4 Pro. The new thin profile allows for more linear flex, improving the quick release while still maintaining the torsional strength required for top notch accuracy. The Agility Blade is both soft and hard, which is proven to be a great combination for a player who wants to fire off quick, strong shots.
For the materials in the Ribcor Trigger 4 Pro, CCM includes their high quality Sigmatex technology. This high-performance spread tow fabric features an advanced weaving process that provides strength and resilience without sacrificing weight. Sigmatex gives you the feel you want and the structural strength you require from a stick as an elite player.
